Complaint Details :Unfortunately I have purchased Symphony New hi cool smart Air cooler on 4th June 2012.During this summer hardly 20 days back when I started the cooler I found Water Pump is not working. I have lodged complaint three time through Customer Care Centre three times through e-mail and about 20 times to one of the customer care representati ve
at Chandigarh. It is surprised no body is attending my complaint and Mr Dinesh has been making me fool through his false and casual behaviour I request to the executives of the Symphony Concern to get the needful done and my cooler cooler system be restored after exchange of Pump and My Dinesh whose mobile no is 09356805857 .Pl help me.:DL Sablok
