Complaint Details :I am an old lady of 80 years and as I am not keeping well I have been requesting the customer care of Tata docomo to accept my surrender and close the Postpaid account No. 947725877 permanently. In spite of my repeated requests they haven’t closed the account and have been sending the monthly bill regularly.
