Tata Sky DTH-Not able to quit “First Time Installation sub-menu”

Subject of Complaint :Not able to quit “First Time Installation sub-menu”

Complaint Details :I notived that only display on my TV was “Active Fitness” and my remote was not effective in viewing channels. I called up customer care and I was told to do “Master Reset”. After that the Sub-Menu “First Time Installation” appeared and I along with help from customer care checked all the settings. But I am not able to quit this sub-menu and hence I can not operate/ see any programmes. Tata Sky has really detoriorated and I am fedup. I have called customer care 3 times today and problem is still not resolved.
