Complaint Details : We hold two TATA SKY connections at home. Both connections are registered under one ID, hence one of them is the Primary connection and the other is the Secondary connection. The combined monthly rental is INR 885. Last month we had requested for the deactivation of the Secondary connection over telephone. The executive who attended the call took the request and confirmed that I would be processed within a day. However, this month we have again got a payment reminder for the amount of INR 885, which shows that the request was not processed.
