I was using VIDEOCON D2H since last 1.5 years. I did 6 month Recharge on it 3 months ago.
So 3 month balance still i videocon D2H. But
Why I purchased TATA Sky?
Because, one of the TATA SKY marketing Executive From APPCO Marketing (INDIA) Ltd.
Mr. Mayur Daga (COde no. PVTO 100-49) came at my home on dated 03JAN15. (He also seen the videocon D2H Set up box).
He explained below features provided to me From TATA SKY.
1. Applicable Recharge Rs. 230.00 per month.
2. We can see all Hindi channels and only one Regional language channels.
3. Hindi Sports channels (i.e. star 1, 2, 3, only English Excluded).
4. Science Channels.
5. HD channels
6. We can use Set up box as home theater.
7. Picture quality is much better than other services.
8. charges will applicable only for used days. (it means If one day i not switched on tata sky the balance is not deducted for that day).
9. one Gift voucher (he provided)
10. One month free.
11. Two tata sky mobile applications.
and some other that provided other service provider (except all regional language channels).
I asked him why you provided to us. it’s much better than Videocon.
His answer was,
There is new Scheme that provided by TATA sky for Corporate Connection and new year.
in that scheme tata sky provide these features only SEVEN (07) people in one area and condition was
some range range of figure should on My Cheque book (it was matched) i forget exact word he used for that figure.
He promised all these features with HD Service in 230.00 per month only, there is no any extra charges for HD and sports channels, but he write (+125 for HD on receipt).
he explained the charges for new connection is 8000.00 but for corporate connection and other set up box users have only 2320.00
so i thought If I purchased TATA SKY I have to pay 2320.00 these amount will be recover within 1.5 year by using tata sky Instead of VIDEOCON.
I paid Cheque in favour of “UNISYN ENTERPRISES”.
But I could not get these feathers in 230.00 per month. I got message form TATA sky For recharge 320.00
on dated 02feb15 that time i asked tata sky customer care. And i fell there is happen some frode from Mr Mayur Daga with me.
So I request you to please Investigate why this happen? and Why Sell TATA Sky to me if i am already using
another with same charges. please remember the amount 2320.00 is much more for me that already i paid to Unisyn enterprises.
Also i did call to TATA Sky Customer Care and APPCO Markrting Customer Care But they also unable to help us, I already raised request for cancellation Account.
So please do needfull
