Subject of Complaint :Speed WORST than 2G

Complaint Details :UNFORTUNATELY I am a Tikona customer since 26-April-2015 with user id 1113172036 having the plan ADBBM4M600 (which means; 4Mbps speed and 15GB Unlimited) but what I get is HELL 0.2-1.6Mbps and that too maximum 3-4 hrs a day, rest of the time the connection is dead even login page doesn’t open. I have mailed several times customer care but no response yet. Dont know WHO THE HELL has invented the punchline “test speed then pay”?
Till date I have only the complaint numbers:

Surprisingly these all are closed AUTOMATICALLY without resolution (I think under the influence of SLA).
