Subject of Complaint :Faulty display panel

Complaint Details :We own a Videocon Smart tv LED VKG40FH,with 3 yr extd warranty;bought on 14/7/2014. Since >1 month, we have problems with the tv display. I first lodged a complaint with their service centre on 2/2/16 with ref no: MUM0202160312. A technician was sent over to identify the problem. He told us that the service centre would get back to us in10 days. On 19/2/16 we called the service centre. To our surprise we found out that our complaint was already closed.we registered another complaint with ref no MUM1902160136 which was also closed within 3 days.As if all this wasn’t enough,they reply that our tv can be replaced with another tv that costs more than the price of ours.hence we need to pay extra.
