Complaint Details : sir,
This is to inform you that i was having Vodafone prepaid no.(9769353621) i.e. three month back i had receive a call from Vodafone to convert the no. from prepaid to post paid. I like the plan which was explain to me over the phone and i proceeds for taking the plan by giving them require document. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I RECEIVED MY FIRST POSTPAID BILL. THE PLAN WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN WHICH IS EXPLAINED TO ME. Seeing this i rush to the Vodafone store at bandra to convert my no. into prepaid but when i the attendant told me this change would happen after 90 days. During this 90 days i had received many wrong bills which charged more than the usual amount.but after 90 days no response
